DISCUSSION OF THE INTENTIONS OF CURRICULAR REFORM IN SLOVAKIA IN THE CONTEXT OF TEACHING TECHNOLOGY IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

Regional education in Slovakia is undergoing fundamental changes. Within primary schools, the internal structure of the division of individual grades is changing, but especially the content of individual educational areas. In the article using the method of content analysis of basic reform documents (Recovery Plan, State Education Program for Primary Schools), the authors describe and analyze the main changes that are being prepared and gradually implemented in primary schools in the Slovak Republic. The emphasis of the contribution is placed on technical education so far implemented in the subjects of technology education.
