Dual education is a system of interconnection of vocational theoretical education with the practical preparation of a pupil. It mainly requires cooperation in the preparation of pupils between employers and secondary vocational schools and at the same time requires the interconnection of education with the labor market as it is necessary to reconcile the number of offered teaching and study disciplines with the real needs of employers. Digital competence through two courses at the Faculty of Arts: The Empirical Study

The empirical study analysed data from two courses on digital competence at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. Data was obtained through multiple research tools - tests in the MU information system, self-evaluation questionnaire, Google Analytics and Smartlook. The presented article deals with the level and the character of popularization of technical fields and its influence on pupils of elementary schools while choosing their career. The current situation of technical education popularization was analyzed by the research survey on different levels – from the point of view of schools, regions and the state. Subsequently, the questionnaire survey of elementary school pupils revealed the extent of popularization activities influence on the interest of pupils (15 years old) in the last year of elementary schools in technical field studies at high schools.
FEMALE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT USING EDMODO IN THE ELEVENTH-GRADE ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY CURRICULUM IN OMAN

This study investigates the effectiveness of using Edmodo to teach the economic geography curriculum in Oman to improve eleventh-grade female students’ learning outcomes, using an experimental pre-posttest design, with experimental and control groups of 24 and 28 female students (respectively). An achievement test of economic geography was used to collect data. The results showed that using Edmodo significantly increased female students’ achievement.

The article deals with learning styles. It is dedicated to their diagnostics with the support of information and communication technologies. Determining the learning style of pupils is an important piece of information for both the teacher and the pupil.
