AB  - Teacher, especially technology teacher should shape patience, persistence and circumspection in pupils' behavior. He should teach them to be conscientious and hardworking. These needs teacher should hold up to himself. This is a precondition to be a pedagogical authority. Pupils would respect teacher who professionally relay knowledge, who represents unchangeable rules of plain dealing and persistent virtue. The analysis of perception teacher by pupils in selected schools are shown in this paper. Pupils need guides, wise authorities, someone who could find bright solution in any conflict situation - is a conclusion of prepared analysis.
