Through the tools of a teleconference platform, it is possible to use and exploit participatory experiential techniques. It is interesting to explore the utilization of simulation and brainstorming via teleconference platform in teacher training. The purpose of this paper is to study the use of participatory techniques and in particular the simulation and brainstorming of online training and education courses for trainers. Research results show that the use of participatory-experiential techniques such as simulation and brainstorming through teleconferencing can create interactive learning environments.
