It uses a documentary analysis of three school educational programs. The review aims to grasp the topic of information literacy in these schools. The study is analysis information literacy as a subject-oriented phenomenon. It offers a view not of how information literacy is taught, but of its curriculum grasp in school education programs. The analysis succeeded in conducting an educational discussion as well as following the main topics or exciting aspects related to the development of information literacy - its relationship with media literacy, critical thinking, learning competencies or the effort to use it for a more significant link between educational content and the outside world.
