Graduates management, future managers must first be able to adapt if they are to succeed in today's hyper-competitive environment. Experts agree that now is the need for capable executive education. Formal education students is becoming a vital necessity of technological advances and significant personal development and activity of the organization. The scientific article based on the survey provides a snapshot of how much formal education prepares graduates especially business schools for managerial practice and presents a draft circuit the learning process of those students in ICT.
